A SEMI-PRIVATE STRETCHING LESSON

Our bodies have an innate ability to relax. Our mind&body lessons are a merging of dynamic exercises and relaxation techniques that encourages you to let go, connect with feeling and go beyond the boundaries of your body. They will help you to release muscle tension and enjoy the freedom of movement.

The lesson starts with a warm-up that integrates relaxation techniques, vigorous exercises, and breath work to prepare the mind and the body for the stretching part. The stretching techniques include folds, backbends, hip openings, and twists. The goal is to help you creating longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility. The lesson wraps up with a calming meditation.

In the end, you will walk away with boosted energy, improved mood and with a feeling of being more alive.

balance & posture

A SEMI-PRIVATE BARRE LESSON

balance&posture blends dance, yoga, and fitness exercises. The primary goal of this lesson is to tone your body, find stability and balance, and improve your posture. The experience strengthens your mind and body to work as if you were a professional dancer without having to do professional dance movements.

balance&posture starts with toning exercises using light weights, followed by different leg lift movements to work the whole body stabilizing all your muscles, and it ends with various bodyweight exercises, abdominal work, and stretching on the yoga mat.

 

Our balance&posture lesson will increase your stamina and will give you a total body workout while helping to become a better dancer.

speed & movement

A SEMI-PRIVATE DANCE WORKOUT LESSON

speed&movement is a super fun lesson for people that like to turn the music on and just dance. The lesson is a follow the leader style for all levels, and you keep moving for the whole hour: it’s a unique chance to learn different dance moves while getting a great workout.

During speed&movement, people are able to expand their knowledge of dance and movement and feel more confident when they hit the dance floor. But most importantly, it is always about having fun dancing!

It is not an instructional class, and there is no technique in steps so anyone can pick up the movement. The theme, dances, and music change weekly from Latin to favorite Pop that everyone knows and loves.

which class works best for you?

You should take mind&body lessons if:

  • You want to find a way to release stress.
  • You wish to create a deep connection with your body.
  • You’re looking for the way to heighten confidence in movement or impress friends with your flexibility.

You should take balance&posture if:

  • You want to improve your posture and stability
  • You want to be able to move like a dancer and feel more comfortable with your body
  • You want to be able to control your body while dancing

You should take speed&movement if:

  • You want to gain speed in movements and improve your coordination
  • You want to learn many dance moves without too much technique
  • You want to have fun and just let it go

dance you group classes will take place on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

You must purchase a single class or a package before signing up.

1 class $30 / 4 classes 100$ / 10 classes is 200$

 

Packages are for individual students only and valid for all dance&you classes as well as for social dance group classes.

 

Classes need to be reserved at least 24 in advance.
