YOGA FOR ALL

Vinyasa Yoga: One-hour Vinyasa Yoga flow focusing on alignment, strength, and flexibility. This dynamic class offers fluid sequences that sync breath with movement, suitable for all levels. Modifications and accommodations are provided to ensure a supportive practice for everyone.

Prenatal Yoga: This 50-minute Prenatal Yoga class designed to build strength, enhance breathing, and maintain flexibility, all while supporting the body during pregnancy.
